We spend an entire week on Oahu. It was truly paradise and the best vacation we've ever been on. We go to try and do so many things I've never even imagined. Some highlights of the trip were, Turtle Beach. A beach where turtles wash up to shore, truly a magnificent sight. Snorkeling: something I never imagined Gilbert would ever consider doing, let along loving it. Snorkeling was an amazing experience! The PCC and Hawaii Temple, both were very educational and amazing. The Dole plantation tour was entertaining along with hiking through some botanical gardens. My kids enjoyed the beach most of all. It brings on such a serene feeling to sit on a beach and listen to the waves ride up to shore. We enjoyed nature walks to find crabs and the beautiful scenery. We enjoyed eating at random food trucks tasting the local specialties. Simply driving along the island and taking in the culture and atmosphere on Oahu was entertaining. The mountains were majestic. It was truly a week in paradise!
