Summer is here!

Luke graduated from kindergarten!  Wow the time flies by!  He had a wonderful teacher who was perfect for Luke's personality.  She was very structured and organized, which was just what Luke needed.  As I attended Luke's kindergarten graduation, I realized once again just how much Luke is a friend to everyone.  This is truly one of Luke's greatest gifts.  He has a happy personality and an infectious laugh and everyone wants to be Luke's friend.  It makes me happy to see that everyone loves Luke.  He's just one great kid!

Miss Clara graduated preschool this year and will enter kindergarten next year.  It's crazy to see how much she has grown up.  She has always been right on Luke's heels no matter the age difference.  She has her own thoughts, opinions, ideas and everything else is just Clara.  She's a problem solver and does well with critical thinking at such a young age.  Her memory is quite incredible.  She is smart, and if she would apply herself, watch out world because this girl is coming.

Luke and Clara love to go bowling, so we finally made a trip to the bowling alley.   They each had their own version of a victory dance, and both can't quite bowl correctly yet.  There was a lot of lofting and at one point Luke dropped the ball on his back swing.  I sure wish we had that on video camera!

Miss Ellie is busy finding her own adventures.  She wants to keep up with the big kids.
She loves to find books and fan through the pages.  I'm not sure why, but she is quite entertained by this.

Sweet 10 months

Ellie Bellie as we like to call her is officially 10 months old.  She's busy, and loves to explore.  She's quite a happy little girl full of constant smiles.  She crawls in lightning speed.  She pulls herself up to stand on furniture and even takes steps while cruising around the furniture.  Just the other day my jaw dropped when I saw her pick up my phone and hold it up to her ear and start jibber jabbing.  I guess they really do watch every little thing and try to mimic.  One of my favorite things about Ellie is she has the cutest little greedy laugh when she got something she wanted.  It's almost like a negative laugh in the way the she giggles as she sucking in her breath, it almost sounds evil.  It's simply the cutest thing ever.
Ellie absolutely loves the outside.  She loves to explore.  She's already ingested plenty of dirt this spring season as the weather has been warmer and we've been outside playing or working in the yard.

Clarabelle

Clara graduated preschool.  She has thrived in going to preschool this year and learning.  She was able to go to a neighborhood preschool with many of her friends.  She is quite well spoken for a 4 year old, and understands concepts beyond her little age.  The funniest thing about Clara and her preschool was the fact that she would always complain that the boys were too loud.  There were some days she wouldn't want to go because she thought it would be too loud.  She required we send her to school with ear plugs.  What a silly girl!

Clara is about to finish up her first soccer season.  At the beginning of the season she was reluctant to wear the uniform, and most games she would never even play.  She enjoyed practices, but games were a whole different story.  I'm not sure what she was so afraid of, but we finally convinced her to try, and once she realized she would do well, she never wanted to stop.  She's a fast runner and fierce.  Most of the other players are boys and she gets right into the action.

Worle Kiddos

Pictures are something that is priceless to me.  I love how pictures capture moments and memories better than anything else.  When you look at a picture, especially one of beautiful children, it captivates a feeling or love and appreciation.  When I see these pictures of my beautiful children, words can not express the joy that I feel.  These are my Worle kiddos.
Luke is a sensitive leader.  He's got many talents, including the ability to succeed.  He wants to do so many things, and we let him try out lots of different things.  He's cautious yet adventurous.  He has many friends and is always energetic.  He has his stubborn moments, but most of the time, he's just the kid everyone wants to be around.
Clara is fierce and very intelligent.  Her memory is amazing.  She learns quickly (only when she wants to) and remembers things and details like I've never seen before.  She's sensitive to those around her.  She wants to be just like Luke in every way, yet she wants to be the best big sister to Ellie.  She thinks outside the box.  Whenever she comes to a problem, she is good at thinking of ways around.  She's beyond adorable, and has a smile that would melt any ones heart.
Ellie is a curious little girl, in the fact that she wants to know about everything.  She's our happiest child so far, and also has a smile that brings a smile to anyone talking to her.

Tulips

We spent a Saturday evening at the Tulip festival.  The kids loved walking the beautiful gardens and seeing all the many colors of flowers.  It was a great family outing.
