Trip to Idaho

Luke and I spent 9 days in Idaho.
The time was filled with lots of fun things for Luke.
He was simply spoiled.

Gilbert and Luke spent lots of time on Grandpa's new toy.
At first, Luke didn't want to get on.
The loud engine scared him.

After a few laps around the farm, Luke didn't want to get off.
He was wave to me, and just yell "weeee"
He was having lots of fun.

The there was the "cozy coupe"

Bella really liked the cozy coupe.
So did Luke.
Thankfully uncle Sterling was there to give lots of rides.
Bella never wanted to get out.

Which led to fighting, of course.
Luke would just climb in on top of Luke.
At one point, I saw him pulling Bella out of the car by her hair.
We are definitely going to have to work on manners and sharing.

We spent some time on the green belt.
To feed the ducks.

Luke loved the ducks and kept saying "quack, quack."
Bella kept saying "duck, duck."
They had a lot of fun with the ducks.
Enough that they got duck poop on their shoes, and were screaming when it was time to go.

We spent some time at the mall in their children's play place.
There was a large tree with a slide down it.

Thankfully uncle Sterling was there to give lots of help to give these kids multiple slide rides!

Then we took the kids swimming.
Everything is cold in Idaho, including their swimming pool!
It took a long time to warm up.
They were still shivering when we took them out.

Bella is a great swimmer, Luke was scared more than anything.
It was so loud in the aquatic center.

They still had fun splashing around and throwing the ball back and forth.

It was a great trip!
