Clara's actual birthday was really low key. We made a cake and opened some presents. We attempted to go out to dinner, which is always a mistake with these two kiddos at this stage we are in right now. Having a 2 year old and a 3 year old is one crazy train we are riding! Clara got a bike for her birthday, and since it seems we need two of everything, Luke got one too! The kids were beyond excited for their new bikes! I guess celebrating a 2 year old's birthday is really more for everyone else, but we sang happy birthday to Clara, and she blew out her candle!
Clara is always full of energy. Her and Luke really are two peas in a pod. I don't think Luke would know what to do with himself without Clara. Clara simply idolizes Luke, she does everything Luke wants her to, and she puts up with a lot from him! She is sassy and full of her own agendas. She expresses her well, and gets compliments on her eyes every where we go. She loves to do everything herself. She loves shoes, especially Luke's shoes. She would wear Luke's shoes everyday if she could. Her favorite colors are pink and purple. She would also wear p.j.s all the time instead of anything else, or just be naked. She LOVES to be naked. She loves the cartoons Dora, Team Umizoomi, and Bubble Guppies. She also LOVES cheese burgers. This little princess can eat an entire McDonald's cheese burger by herself! She isn't too much into babies or dollies, but maybe that's because we don't have a lot of girl toys around. She does love to have her finger nails painted, but hates to have her hair done. You would think her hair would look cute all the time since her mom does hair, but that just isn't the case. She is simply our little princess, and the last two years have been full of joy to have her in our lives!
