Happy Halloween!

Halloween is a fun holiday when you have kids.
This year, we have been working with Luke to learn to say "trick or treat"
I think he figured out what this was all about very quickly when we went to our ward's trunk or treat.
Of course, it makes it a lot more fun, when your parents dress up too!

It obvious who we are right?

I made our costumes this year,
except thanks to my cousin, we borrowed Luke's bear costume.
Luke wasn't very fond of wearing the hat for very long though.

Clara was a cute pumpkin, which quickly got covered up by a jumpsuit and blankets,
because it is already FREEZING here in Utah!
Too cold for little girls!

For the "trunk or treat" part of the festivities,
Gilbert decorated our car with lights.
It was AWESOME!
We were the only car with lights,
so all the kids wants to come to our "trunk"
to check out the cool pumpkin lights!

There was also a carnival with games.
You were supposed to play the games to get the candy,
but Luke just kept going up to the people holding the candy,
just to take the candy.
He is one smart boy!
Now one of his favorite words it candy!
Happy Halloween!
